First:
Turn the donut machine thermostat down to zero and unplug the machine
Unplug the shortening kettle (don't turn the thermostat down).
Unplug the donut icing dispensers (but don't turn the thermostats down)
Collect the tips, straighten the bills and place them in the tip envelope within the float bag. Empty the till and place the cash within the float bag. Be sure to check under the trays for big bills. Store the float bag somewhere safe.
Run the ice shaver machines until they are empty, unplug them, and bind the cords with the cable clamps in the tool box bag.
Drain the ice cream scoop soak pot in the kitchen sink and wash and dry the pot and the scoop. Return them to the bottom drawer of the pavilion.
Then:
Remove fork and spoon tins from the front counter and store them in the bottom drawer of the pavilion.
Collect signs and magnets from the front window and store them in the top drawer of the pavilion.
Collect the ice bonker, ice shaper spoons, and the straw tongs and store them in the bottom drawer of the pavilion.
Close sprinkle shakers and store them in the middle drawer of the pavilion.
Drain the spout resevoir containing the syrup caps of bleach water and shake the caps onto a dry paper towel. Swap the spouts in the freezer syrups with caps and re-crate the bottles. Store the spouts in the spout reservoir and fill it with water and teaspoon of bleach. Store the spout reservoir back in the middle drawer of the pavilion.
Wipe the syrup freezer and syrup dividers with a wet cloth and close the freezer. Leave the ice cream in the freezer.
Return the unused straws and flower cups to the shave ice tote.
Put the lid back on the cinnamon shaker bottle and return all three cinnamon sugar bottles to the donut ingredients tub.
Return the water containers to the donut ingredients tub. Place the empty water containers upside-down in the tub.
Stack the empty donut mix containers together and drop them in the donut mix bin along with the unused mix containers.
Remove the mixing bowl and the mixing paddle from the mixer and scrape the remaining batter into the garbage using the spatula.
Remove the plunger and the batter hopper from the donut machine and use a spatula to scrape the remaining batter into the garbage using the spatula.
Store the spatula and the plunger in the hopper and place the hopper in the mixing bowl.
Remove the drawstring garbage bag from the interior garbage can. Wipe down the mixer and bind the cord with a small cable clamp from the tool box bag. Store it upside-down in the empty garbage can and remove it from the stand.
Remove the donut machine parts, wipe them clean, and return them to the donut machine parts case.
Drain the bleach bucket water into the hand wash pail and stack the remaining green bucket containing the four cleaners inside it.
Turn off the Square register (hold down the button on the bottom of the screen), carefully twist it off its base and unplug it. Store it face down in the electronics case.
Turn off the ticket tablet and unplug it. Place the tablet in its soft case and return it to the electronics case. Wrap up the USB cable and return it with the USB charger to the electronics case.
